Flamingo Candles Cocktail Collection

Welcome to the Bar Flamingo, currently serving a trio of classic cocktail scents.  Inspired by dreamy beaches, cool cocktail lounges and copious amounts of experimentation we believe we have captured in fragrance, the essence of the celebrated cocktail.  Each candle is made with organic soy wax and a cotton wick and has a burn time of 50 hours!

So kick back, and choose your favourite cocktail, from zesty Mojito, to sweet and spritzy Kir Royale, to tropical Piña Colada.

Kir Royale

Sweet and spritzy, Kir Royale is a fruity creme de cassis fragrance, lavished with notes of sparkling wine.

Piña Colada

Sweet and tropical, Piña Colada is a pineapple fragrance with orange top notes alongside a touch of red fruits, peach and grapefruit and a smooth coconut and vanilla base.

Flamingo Candles Scent Eggs

All hail a new breed of Flamingo Candle!  Well it's not actually a candle, which we suppose is the whole point, but you get what we mean...

So yes, here are our new super-charged mini wax melts - the awesome Scent Eggs.  They're small, oval-shaped eggs which are made from natural soy wax, etched with Florrie the flamingo and come in a variety of simple fragrances. They're designed to be mixed up, to create wild and wonderful scent combinations!

Place three or four Scent Eggs in an oil/fragrance burner, along with a tealight and wait for the gorgeous (or not so gorgeous, depending on your mix of scents. Believe us you can have a lot of *fun* creating the perfect fragrance) aroma to fill the room. Scent Eggs make the perfect gift, packaged in a glass jar with our lovely flamingo lid.

Creating the perfect Scent Egg recipe takes a lot of dedication, so we've come up with some ready-made packages, when you're stuck for inspiration:

Spring 2015 Collection

We've been extremely busy bunnies at Camp Flamingo over the last few months, planning, preparing and burning (lots, and lots of burning) our new Spring 2015 Collection.

We think this collection best captures our brand ethos.  We've featured some great twists on classic scents and mixed things up to create some intriguing exclusives!

Rose & Marshmallow

Floral and sugary, Rose & Marshmallow is the ultimate sweet combination.  Base notes of sandalwood, musk, rose and orchid blend with fruity mandarin, cherry and raspberry and creamy vanilla, coconut and marshmallow.

Mango & Dragonfruit

Exotic and punchy, Mango & Dragonfruit combines base notes of lily, rose and jasmine with fruity green leaf, peach schnapps, sweet orange, melon, mango and apple.

Daisy Fresh and floral, Daisy opens with a touch of lemon and grapefruit with accords of green leaf, green violet, apple, pear and peach. Leading into a floral heart of jasmine, lily, rose, violet leaves and freesia on a base of sandalwood, cedarwood, amber, vanilla and sweet, powdery musks.

Raspberry & Salted Caramel Sweet and creamy, Raspberry & Salted Caramel is a delicious treat for the senses.  Fruity notes of raspberry blend with anise, buttercream and vanilla-based caramel.

Green Apples

Fresh and zesty, Green Apples is the ultimate feel-good scent.  Inspired by the Granny Smith apple it blends leafy green accords with citrus notes of lemon, mandarin, apple and melon.  A fruity delight!

Love Bug Valentine Candle

We've gone a bit gaga in the office over the last few weeks as we prepare for the launch of our new 2015 Valentine Candle.  Named Love Bug because of its sweet, lovable virtues it's *probably* our best-ever fragrance.  We can't stop burn-testing it (for research purposes only, obvs!) in the office - it's a sheer delight!

Ideal Home Show at Christmas
Date: 19-23 November 2014, 10am-6pm everyday
Location: Earls Court, London
The multi award-winning Ideal Home Show at Christmas returns with the ultimate festive shopping experience, where you can find everything on your Christmas list all under one roof; from decorations and hand crafted gifts, to turkey, festive fizz and Christmas puddings, to furniture, DIY solutions and New Year home projects not to mention live demonstrations, entertainment, Ice skating and celebrity appearances!  We'll be there on stand 1B108 with our range of delicious candles and lots of amazing promos!

The Christmas Market
Date: 30 November 2014, 9.30am-5pm
Location: The Vale Resort, Hensol, South Wales
Warm festive fun at The Christmas Market with lots of festive treats, stocking fillers and Christmas fun.  Look out for our stand full of wonderful fragranced goodies!

Llantrisant Christmas Event
Date: 3 December 2014, 2pm-7pm
Location: Llantrisant town
A repeat visit to Llantrisant Christmas market for us after such a successful event last year.  Lots of craft and food stalls, funfair, a visit from Father Christmas and a lovely carol service to round off the evening.  Perfect!


Christmas Pop-Up Shop
Date: 5-6 December 2014, 9.30am-5pm everyday
Location: Flamingo Candles, Unit 2 Gelligron Industrial Estate, Tonyrefail, CF39 8ES
This is our favourite event of the year!  We open our own premises for a makeshift pop-up full to the brim of Flamingo Candles, Scent Melts, Christmas bundle offers, extra special promotions, a sneak peek of our new ranges and of course, some mulled wine.  We can't wait!

Mulled Wine & Berries
Rich and warm, Mulled Wine & Berries is a seasonal accord recalling mulled wine and including apple, sweet berries, wine, brandy, orange, clove, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla.

Chocolate Orange

Sweet and tempting, Chocolate Orange is a delicious fragrance combining milk chocolate and sweet orange notes, resting on a delicate vanilla base.

Vanilla & Spice

Spicy and rich, Vanilla and Spice is an edible smelling accord of cream vanilla in harmony with cinnamon bark and clove buds with supporting notes of tonka bean, Peru balsam, coconut, pineapple and benzoin.
